Bill Serata founded C&D in 1973 and continues to manage the company today with the same single-minded focus on delivering "whatever the client needs, when they need it". While Bill honed his managerial skills at the helm of C&D, he's been active with both the St. Petersburg and Florida State Jaycees, and has sat on the Board of Directors of Florida Bank of Pinellas County. Over the years he has supported All Children's Hospital, Shriners Hospitals for Children, Little League Baseball and many Pinellas County High School programs, American Red Cross, Lowry Park Zoo, Clearwater Jazz Holiday and St. Patrick Catholic Church.
