City of Bellingham

Founded in 1903, City of Bellingham is a coastal city of the state, located near the Canadian border and a port for ferries to Alaska. East of the City is Mount Baker, a huge snow-capped volcano with ski runs and is a popular tourist destination known for its easy access to outdoor recreation in the San Juan Islands and North Cascades.
