The Cobble Hill Group LLC provides research-driven, outsourced acquisition search services to middle market companies and private equity investment groups. Our primary focus is helping clients find strategic add-on acquisitions, focusing on target companies with annual revenue between $3 million and $40 million located throughout the U.S. and Canada. In certain situations, we can help clients pursuing larger companies with annual revenue between $40 million and $150 million. Our services include identifying attractive companies in which to invest, conducting direct marketing campaigns to contact company owners, and screening interested companies to determine fit with product/service mix, financial performance, valuation and other criteria. We strive to achieve a close alignment with our client's interests as evidenced by our willingness to co-invest in companies acquired by them when the opportunity is available.
