Berwick Parish Church

Berwick Parish Church Trust was formed in May 1986 as a registered charity, by a group of church members and other citizens of the town and neighbourhood with a common interest in assisting in the repair and restoration of this historic place of worship. The Trust's main objective is to raise funds to ensure that the building continues to be maintained as a fitting and worthy place of worship within the town. In the past 26 years the Trust has raised well over £800,000 to meet the cost of major works to the roofs, windows, exterior and interior stonework, ironwork and heating system but much remains to be done to repair and restore the roof, other windows, stonework and monuments, as well as the restoration, re-building and enhancement of the fine pipe organ, which is the Trust's current major project.
