Colarelli Construction was founded in the winter of 2002 as a company designed to serve clients in the areas of construction management, consulting and general contracting. Our firm is focused on identifying specific clients with whom we would like to work and then answering their call to serve as a construction manager, general contractor, design builder or additional roles. Therefore, you may see us build buildings, perform maintenance services, consult with clients on facility decisions, take direct oversight of design or assist in managing other contractors. We have not defined specialty niches of work, but rather are focused on building a strong base of valued customers. We see our willingness to engage in alternative industries as a valued strength of this organization.
