Collision Specialists

Collision Specialists, Inc. is an accident reconstruction firm founded in 2005 by Jeffrey A. Kidd. We specialize in all aspects of automotive and commercial motor vehicle collisions, to include "black box" imaging, motor carrier compliance, FARO 3D scanning, FARO Reality, occupant kinematics, roadway defects, pedestrian, bicycle, motorcycle and conspicuity issues. Mr. Kidd received his initial accident reconstruction training as a charter member of the Georgia State Patrol's Specialized Collision Reconstruction Team, which began in 1997. He was assigned to the Valdosta unit and attained the rank of Sergeant and Team Leader over the fatal investigators assigned to the unit. In 2008, Mr. Kidd transferred to the Gainesville SCRT and directed the day to day operations of this team until his retirement in late 2009. Over the last twelve years, CSI has expanded to a staff of 22 and serviced states coast to coast. Each one of our 13 experts has a law enforcement background specializing in Accident Reconstruction and Commercial Motor Vehicle Compliance. Combined, we have over 100 years of Accident Reconstruction experience and worked over 5,000 wrecks nationwide. At CSI, we listen to what our clients ask first while offering our expert opinions.
