Peak is an independent oil and gas exploration and production company focused on the application of horizontal drilling and completion techniques to oil prone formations in known hydrocarbon productive basins. The Company is headquartered in the southwestern Colorado town of Durango. Since its inception over ten years ago, Peak has time and again proven its ability to succeed. The Company has a track record of acquiring and successfully developing properties in Texas, North Dakota, New Mexico, Wyoming and Nebraska. Currently, we are focused on plays in the Powder River Basin of Wyoming and the Texas Panhandle.
