Formed in 2005,Commercial Investment Group, LLC has served as a full service real estate brokerage firm located in Charleston, SC dedicated to fulfilling the commercial real estate investment objectives of our clients. P. John DeStefano, President, is a licensed real estate broker in South Carolina, with over 25 years of commercial brokerage and construction expertise with a focus on income producing properties, land development, property management and self storage. As of June 1, 2013 John joined the team of Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer in their Charleston, SC office as a Vice President of Self Storage Brokerage and Investment Sales Brokerage. Commercial Investment Group, LLC is now a full service commercial real estate management firm that focuses on self storage, carwash and other "specialty" commercial real estate assets that are outside the scope of a traditional property management company. Our focus on management assignments is to consult with property owners, perform a full site audit and determine any weaknesses in the current management and revenue reporting procedures and then implement a comprehensive management plan to enhance property value through increased revenues and thorough financial reporting.
