Comland

Comland was established in 1997 and admitted to AIM when it demerged from Banner Homes Group PLC. The Group continued on AIM until 2007 when it was taken into private ownership by Stuart Crossley and his family interests. Stuart Crossley, the founder of Banner Homes, and his family remain majority shareholders of Comland. The Comland Group operates from its head office on the prestigious Mercury Park in Wooburn Green, between Beaconsfield and High Wycombe. Mercury Park is a Comland development which was completed in 2003. The Group's primarily commercial property portfolio extends to over 350,000 sq.ft. with an annual rental income of circa £5 million and is predominantly situated in the M40 and M4 corridors. In 2008 the Group diversified into golf club ownership with the acquisition of Sonning Golf Club and the following year into residential development with the start up of Alfred Homes.
