Community Based Services

Community Based Services, Inc. (CBS) is a not-for-profit organization that provides the highest level of individualized care for people with autism and developmental disabilities in home and community-based settings. Founded in 1981 by Kevin J. McCarthy, Community Based Services was among the first agencies to help serve and support the people of the Hudson Valley region.
