Commercial Mechanical, Inc. (CMI) was founded in 1990 as a mechanical contracting business dedicated to customer service and meeting customer needs and expectations. CMI averages over 15 million in sales annually and employs over 90 skilled and dedicated craftsmen. We service and install quality plumbing, piping, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning for commercial, institutional and industrial projects within the state of Kansas. We install mechanical systems for plan & specification projects, but also perform single source design/build projects for clients.
