The organization has been providing personal care, and home health aide services to clients for over thirty years, and has implemented a consumer directed personal assistance program. Community is a non-profit organization, and is licensed to provide services in the counties of Rockland, Dutchess, Putnam, Sullivan, Orange, Ulster, and Westchester. Community Home Health Care's goal is to provide comprehensive at-home services to enhance our clients and their families' lives.
