Our RA Services is a yearly contract with all bundled services wrapped into one bill for the year. We still provide limited free phone and email support, but will no longer build or remotely support any solution 6 months after an on site visit with out a the purchase of a Remote Admin service package. The Remote Admin service is to take place of some on site services and provide better and quicker care of all our servers. This new service has been requested over the years and we are happy to provide it and replace it with some of our others services.
