Community NeuroRehab

Headquartered in West Des Moines, Iowa, Community NeuroRehab provides individualized and intensive neurobehavioral rehabilitation services to optimize the cognitive, physical, medical, behavioral and psycho-social functioning of each participant. CNR offers programs designed specifically for individuals experiencing a variety of difficulties as a result of a brain injury. CNR has received a three-year accreditation from the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities, International ("CARF") in the specialized categories of Residential Rehabilitation and Brain Injury Specialty program (Adult).
