COMTURE CORPORATION is a Japan-based company mainly engaged in the provision of information process services, including the proposal, building, maintenance and operation of computer systems. The Company operates in four business segments. The Groupware Solution segment is engaged in the proposal, building, maintenance and operation of middleware products of IBM Japan, Ltd. and Microsoft Corporation. The Web Solution segment builds systems using the Internet for business to business operations and internal operations. The Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Solution segment provides support services of its customers’ business process based on contracts with SAP Japan Co., Ltd.
