Condev Construction

Condev Construction is one of the most prominent and prolific construction companies in South East Queensland. The company undertakes projects in the $1m to $35m range. Condev, which was founded in 2002 by Steve and Tracy Marais, now employs more than 100 staff. Since 2011, Condev has received nearly 55 construction and business awards, including four awards at this year's Master Builders Awards. Condev contributes significantly to charities, sports clubs and schools, in both time and funding.
