Condominium Authority of Ontario

The Condominium Authority of Ontario (CAO) is a newly established organization that aims to improve condominium living by providing services and resources for condo owners. These services include providing accessible information to help owners and residents understand their rights and responsibilities; mandatory training for condo directors; and resources to help resolve common condo-related issues. The CAO is focused on consumer protection and supporting healthy condo communities across Ontario. The CAO is a trusted source for information, training, dispute resolution, and other services to help improve condominium living. The Condominium Authority Tribunal (CAT) is Ontario's first online dispute resolution service that helps to settle and decide condominium-related disputes.
