CONGEMA TOURS & SAFARIS is a local agency founded in Arusha ten years ago and its' small size gives it great capacity to react and adapt. We do not outsource, we own our cars, and we have over the years selected a panel of professionals who are competent and motivated. Our unique manager Costantine Ngelengi is very invested in his work and available both for our clients and staff. We are based in Arusha, northeast of the city. Ten permanent employees work at the office and during the high season one hundred employees are divided between treks and safaris.
