Consorcio Financiero S.A., through its subsidiaries, operates as a multi-line insurance company in Chile. It offers life, auto, obligatory personal accident, residential and corporate fire, theft, personal injury, extended warranty, fraud, engineering, all construction risks, earthquake, and force majeure insurance products. The company also provides banking products and services, including deposit accounts, current accounts, consumer loans, mortgages, personal and corporate bank lending instruments, working capital financing, project financing, leasing operations, and document discounts. In addition, it develops and operates investments; invests in transferable securities; purchases, sells, and leases owned or rented real estate; and offers stock brokerage, commercial information, and collection, as well as economic, financial, management, and administrative advisory services. The company was formerly known as P&S - Banvida Pacfico Limitada and changed its name to Consorcio Financiero S.A. in September 1999. Consorcio Financiero S.A. was founded in 1986 and is based in Santiago, Chile.
