Construction Youth Trust

Construction Youth Trust has a good understanding of local communities and the needs of young people. Coupled with solid experience of working in partnership with training and educational institutions, and most importantly links with key construction industry employers, this allows us to provide young people with relevant, accurate and up to date advice, training and support. Throughout all of our programmes the direct involvement and expertise of our industry partners' is key to supporting young peoples' journey to work. The Trust has developed a regional framework to manage and deliver its programmes effectively. This allows us to reach out to young people in need throughout the country and provide customised support linked to local labour market needs and opportunities. Construction Youth Trust supports young people whose journey to work can be challenging due to barriers relating to their financial circumstances, lack of awareness of opportunities, low self-esteem, gender or ethnicity.
