John Turner Consulting (JTC), Inc. was founded in 1997 by John D. Turner. The goal of the company is to provide the highest quality environmental consulting, geotechnical consulting, construction inspection and testing services available while providing the best efficiency in the industry. JTC's founder, John Turner, has a proven track record in the industry. He is the former Northern New England District Manager of a nationally recognized environmental, geotechnical consulting, inspection and testing firm with nearly 200 offices and over 3000 employees. During his 6.5 years of employment with them, Mr. Turner was able to build his group fees from $280 thousand to over $2.2 million. Mr. Turner has coordinated the inspection of several well known local projects, including the construction of the Whittemore Center at the University of New Hampshire, the new Liberty Mutual Corporate Headquarters in Dover, NH, the Grand Summit Hotel at the Killington Vermont Ski Resort, the Parking Garage Expansion in Portsmouth, NH, Bath Iron Works $250 million Land Level Transfer Facility in Bath, ME, the Jetport Parking Garage in Portland, ME, the Newington Power Plant in Newington, NH, and the Parking Apron Upgrades for the Air National Guard at Pease International Tradeport. JTC has had increasingly successful construction seasons each year since our inception, providing services for numerous engineering/architectural firms, banks, developers, real estate companies, owners, local, state and federal government agencies as well as contractors.
