Conteh Home Services, LLC was established in December 2004. We strive excellence in our services provision to individuals with development disabilities. Our supported living program is among the best in the field; providing unique opportunities and choices to further individual contributory role in the community. CHS philosophy is our commitment to the unceasing pursuit of, and commitment to a culture of total quality, focusing all our time and energy on strengthening the organization so that we may better serve our individuals. CHS is committed to fulfilling it's mission by performing all duties in a caring and professional manner. CHS recognizes that only through support and personal pride in our contributions will superior service be delivered. Our mission is achieved by working in collaboration with federal, state and local area social service agencies and providing our consumers with skill developments in daily living, social interactions and incorporate community activities in their lives. We achieve these services by offering our consumers self-enriching participation in choice programs best suited to their individual interests for maximizing their individual capabilities. We emphasize respect for individual rights and encourage self-determination.
