Copperfield has matured into a national contender in the wire & cable industry because it was molded from day one by those who had been in the trenches. Sure, our CEO could spend all his time on the golf course. But on any given day you may find him unloading product, helping improve production schedules or checking on a customer order. In fact, everyone on Copperfield's leadership team understands first-hand what it takes to run the various parts of our business. Although Copperfield has grown tremendously since it was founded in 1990, it's never lost its small-company spirit. We've added facilites, made acquisitions, hired new employees and grown our customer base, but what hasn't changed is the sense of personal responsibility all of our employees have for our customers and co-workers. Our leadership team demonstrates daily through their actions that every employee is critical to the success of our operation and we take pride in working to ensure that Copperfield remains the industry leader.
