Founded in 1968, Cornell Scott-Hill Health Center is headquartered in New Haven, Connecticut and is a federally qualified community health center in Connecticut providing services such as Addiction Treatment, Behavioral Health, Dental, and more. The Health Center also provides healthcare services to those from the City of West Haven and the towns of Ansonia, Seymour, Naugatuck, Oxford, Derby, Lower Naugatuck Valley and Shelton.
