Cosmetic Development Labs has been providing quality manufacturing in our convenient Southern California location since 2002. Originally started by the owner, Dimitri James, to manufacture his own progressive brand, Skinn Cosmetics, Cosmetic Development Labs has been providing product development and manufacturing for established as well as up-and-coming cosmetic brands for many years. We specialize in natural and effective formulations for the face, body and hair. Our development team is committed to researching and creating innovative products that use the latest technology and results-oriented ingredients while utilizing tried and trusted quality raw materials. We are a full service laboratory providing Custom Formulation and Contract Manufacturing for customers as well as having an extensive library of Private Label formulations to choose from. Private Label is an ideal solution for customers wishing to go to market quickly with a product that has known results. For customers who wish a higher degree of individuality for a single item or a whole line, Custom Formulation may be the answer.
