THE COTE CORPORATION was founded in 1966 by Armand E. Cote and his wife Carmen, to provide crane service to local contractors. Since then, we have become a full service company experienced in meeting the challenging requirements of pulp-paper, power, chemical, medical, industrial and general construction industries throughout the state and at times beyond. In August 1974, The Cote Corporation acquired the "Pete Bolduc Company" founded in 1921. Also a family run company, this acquisition expanded our trucking, warhouseing and rigging services.
