Cottage Grove Place

The Cottage Grove Place Foundation is managed by its own not-for-profit organization, established by our board of trustees. Our board of directors oversees both the long-term investment and current disbursement of Foundation funds. Our Foundation goals include: Helping residents, their friends and families make long-lasting contributions to improve the quality of life at Cottage Grove Place. Ensuring gifts are being used according to the donor's wishes. Utilizing other gifts to finish special projects that can't be funded from residents' fees. Our first Foundation gift was a memorial to improve library services and resources. Since then, others have contributed to beautify the landscape and enhance the quality of Cottage Grove Place. Each year, the Foundation board dedicates unrestricted Foundation income and designated contributions toward a special project. Your planned gift offers many tax advantages.
