Covenant Services, headquartered in Bandera, TX is licensed by the State of Texas to provide Employer / Employee administration services for our clients offering a full range of PEO services including Benefits (health care plans, HAS's, 401K's and 125 plans), Workers Compensation, Payroll and Tax Compliance, Certified Payroll Processing, Human Resources Management, Safety Program, Mediation Arbitration all with a PEO (Professional Employer Organization) arrangement under our federal tax identification number known as a co-employment arrangement. Our shareholders and managers have over fifty years combined experience in the management and marketing of businesses in the private sector. We have been active in the PEO industry since 1989.
