CP&M was founded January 14, 2008 by the principals of Amber Homes, a 12 year old multi-family builder in the Denver Metropolitan Area. The company founders have over 30 years experience in the multifamily industry. CP&M specializes in all forms of construction, rehabilitation, project repairs and consulting for multifamily owners and Home Owners Associations. We do not perform property management or offer those services.
