Construction Professionals Incorporated is a full-service general contracting firm based in the Charleston, SC area. We specialize in the construction of commercial, office, hotel, retail and industrial buildings. The company is tailored toward providing those services to private developer clients. We provide full-service expertise in all phases of the development process; planning, budgeting, permitting, and construction. CPI is devoted to providing reliable and quality construction services, delivered professionally and with integrity. We have been successful in providing those services since our founding in 1989. Our corporate mission is to serve God and in so doing conduct ourselves so that each project built and each relationship formed glorifies Him. We think that our success in that lofty mission can be seen in our high percentage of repeat business and our excellent reputation in the construction industry. Since its inception CPI has enjoyed wonderful, long term relationships with our clients, subcontractors, material suppliers, and regulatory agencies. CPI recognizes that the basis of any successful construction firm is a staff of dedicated professionals. Our team is headed by H. Grae Rambo, IV, President, William Roberts, Vice-President, Tony Caraviello, Director of Field Operations, and Katherine Rambo, Treasurer. This leadership along with a hard-working and dedicated field and administrative staff has made CPI the excellent company that it is today. At CPI our management philosophy is simple. Success is achieved and long-term client relationships are won or lost at the jobsite. Therefore, the focus of our management energy is on insuring that we have well-supervised, well-organized and well-run projects. To this end, a large portion of our project manager's time is spent in the field, assisting the superintendents in planning the projects and heading off problems before they occur. In short, CPI is out to prove a point. Construction services can be provided with responsibility, reliability and integrity; and, in doing so, amazing results can be achieved.
