CPO began with one office building in Peoria and has expanded to 15 within the 8 years by providing top-of-the-line service to our patients. CPO is an independent private practice accredited by the American Board for Certification in Orthotics, Prosthetics, and Pedorthics. Our highly trained and experienced team combines genuine care with the most innovative devices and techniques available to assist patients who have lost a limb or recovering from an injury. Headquartered in Peoria, Illinois, we have 15 locations throughout Illinois, including: Chicago, Bloomington, Springfield, Decatur, Jacksonville, Quincy, Peru, and Rockford.
