CPT Engineering is still 100 per cent family owned. It's estimated that in its 32 years' operation, the company has employed more than 300 Tasmanians. It is also a firm that takes pride in having trained more than 40 apprentices, many of whom have stayed with the company happy to know that their loyalty is recognised and appreciated.
