This completely free service offers flexibility to our regional customers, but also to customers further afield who make use of this service to order form us and then collect their crafting goodies when they next visit family and friends! Our UK Distribution Unit is based in Unit 7 on the Ryelands Business Park in Wellington, Somerset. Take a walk to us if you're located nearby, or park outside our unit for free and come and collect your order on your pre-arranged date. As you walk/drive into Ryelands Business Park, please drive around to the right and then take the first left where you see Unit 9, continue to the end where you will see Unit 7 and our Craftasmic sign. Click & Collect Operating Times: Our Click & Collect Service is available Monday - Friday excluding National / Bank Holidays Monday - 11.00 am - 4.00 pm Tuesday - 11.00 am - 4.00 pm Wednesday - 11.00 am - 4.00 pm Thursday - 11.00 am - 4.00 pm Friday - 11.00 am - 4.00 pm Saturday - CLOSED Sunday - CLOSED Our telephone enquiry line is available between the hours of 10.00 am and 4.00 pm Monday to Friday (excluding National / Bank Holidays) and we will respond to all enquiries within two working days.
