If you opt to take one of our Tour Packages you may have to schedule your departure on a certain day of the week to coordinate with certain flights; please refer to each tour for details. ARE YOUR PROGRAMS ESCORTED? By their very nature, most of the ecological and adventure programs are escorted by special guides. However, the majority of our programs-- both City Packages and Tour Series-- are "Hosted". This means in each city you visit, a guide meets you at the airport, assists you at hotel check-in, gives you a tour of the city and is always available to help you during your time in that city. This way, independence and flexibility, but also have a "friend" in each city.
