Commercial Residential Aluminum and Fabricating (CRA) has been in business for over 17 years. CRA was started by the President, Tom Teffenhart, in 1992 in Venice Florida. Tom is certified in the state of Florida as a General Contractor and holds a Special Aluminum Structure license. Specializing in custom pool enclosures and screened lanais, his company began under the name of Commercial Residential Construction of Venice, Inc. We have since changed our name and expanded our product line to include: carports covered walkways fences handrails house gutters rescreening soffit and fascia windows All of our products have either a Florida Builders Approval Certification or an NOA (Miami/Dade) approval that will withstand 140mph hurricane force winds. Commercial Residential Aluminum takes pride in being fully licensed and insured to accommodate all of your needs. We operate throughout the state of Florida, but the majority of our business is in our local area (Manatee, Sarasota, Charlotte, Collier, and Lee counties).
