Creation Homes is the turnkey house and land arm of Metro Property Development, the latest venture for Australian property guru, David Devine. Often regarded as a legend, David Devine steered a small southeast Queensland house and land company into the position of an ASX Top 500 Australian company. Leaving Devine Limited after 27 years late last year, he has now begun Metro Property, developing and marketing inner city apartment projects and house and land packages. Through our extended knowledge and years of experience in the industry, our new homes are constructed to the highest quality standards, each independently inspected.
