Crosby-Brownlie, Inc. is a unique women owned business operating in the City of Rochester since 1979. The company was founded by Gavin Brownlie Sr and today is owned by Marietta Brownlie. Marietta oversees the day to day operations of the company with her two sons. Gavin Brownlie Jr., LEED AP is the Chief Executive Officer and Jason Brownlie is the Executive Vice President. Gavin oversees the future growth and direction of the company while Jason's extensive expertise in the field and plumbing keeps us competitive. Raymond Johnson has been with the company since 1979 and is the President of Crosby-Brownlie, Inc. Over the company's history Ray has worn many hats, currently operating as our chief estimator. Our team is active in many industry related organizations like SMACNA, MCAA, ASHRAE, BOMA and many more.
