CrossFit Simplicity

We have a 60/40 female to male ratio in our members and the majority of our coaches are women! They understand the challenges women face when getting in shape and losing weight and are there for support all along the way! We have small group classes, excellent personal training options for women, and even a program designed solely for teen girls called "CFS GEMs! If you're a woman in Burlington who is looking for a safe, supportive, and motivational environment to lose weight, gain strength, and tone up then CrossFit Simplicity is the place for you!
