Crosskey Architects LLC is a twenty person, award winning design practice experienced in both large and small projects, new construction and renovation projects ranging up to $150,000,000 in cost. The firm is known for quick response and careful attention to all projects. This attention to detail may be discerned from a client list whose breadth is far greater with respect to the amount of repeat business received, rather than overall volume of clients served. While we are deeply committed to the art of architecture, we also understand the technical complexity of the buildings we create. Quite often, the viability of a project hinges not only on construction expertise and a down-to-earth approach to building systems, but also the ability to work with local municipal officials to successfully negotiate on the owners' behalf. We attribute much of our success and continued growth to an ability to listen, communicate well, and perform with consistency. Another area of considerable importance to both our clients and us is accountability and cost control. The methodology used to address these concerns is reflected through our well-orchestrated team approach between owner, contractor, and architect, by maintaining direct principal involvement on all projects and providing rapid turn-around on all phases of the job. Over 90% of all our projects over the last 10 years have come in below or on budget, including those which have been publicly bid.
