Caspian Radio Services was registered as a 100% Kazakh Company in early 2004 with the aim of employing and training local personnel for the offshore and onshore oil industry. The need for a centrally controlled, high standard, and licensed Radio operator and Helicopter Landing Officer service was recognised by the management of Caspian Radio Services before 2001. By committing ourselves to having a central employment and training centre for all aviation related activities, we can provide a standard acceptable to all companies involved in the North Caspian Sea. A standard which has the full support and approval of both AGIP KCO and the Kazakh Civil Aviation Committee. We are licensed by the Kazakh Government Ministry of Education and Civil Aviation Committee as a recognised teaching facility for Radio Operators, Helicopter Landing Officers and Helideck Assistants, and Dangerous Goods courses. The experience of the management of CRS has been extensive, from before the start of the first offshore drilling operation undertaken by Parker Drilling, until the present time.
