The company has been operating since 2007 as a partnership consulting company and from early 2010 as a private limited company. Our main focus since transformation into a Limited company has been in showcasing our competencies in Oracle databases and business intelligence solutions, EMC & NetApp Storage Area Networks, Software licensing for Oracle, Symantec, Microsoft, Adobe, Yealink IP Phone systems & Dell hardware, and developing web-based software solutions that are telecom-enabled i.e. with email, SMS/USSD, and/or voice (interactive Voice Response - IVR) integration. Crystaline's Software development division; Innov8 Solutions has developed various state of the art web and windows-based business applications for Enterprise and NGOs. Members of our team have gained significant experience supporting IT solutions mainly in the banking & financial services sector, telecoms sector as well as the Health sector, with solutions ranging from Promotions, Electronic Lottery software, Complaints and IVR Management systems, as well as hospital and medical scheme management systems. We also provide managed services support for a few medium sized enterprises that opt to outsource their IT Function. Services in this area range from Local and Wide Area Networks deployment and support, HP, Dell, and Oracle-Sun Server Administration, MS AD and Exchange administration, SQL Server deployments/support, as well as Website Administration. In May 2012, Crystaline launched its iSMS platform, allowing companies to mobile-enable their internal business systems to allow for automated alerts and notifications both to staff and their customers. This platform now forms the foundation for all our mobile applications development, allowing us to easily scale out solutions for various businesses at the same time.
