CSA Architects is an architectural and planning firm located in Woodland Hills, California with extensive experience in the design, documentation and construction of commercial, hospitality, aviation, industrial, and residential projects. Daniel Clinger and Richard Spina each bring to their partnership over twenty-seven years of broad-based professional practice, as well as a unique blend of design abilities, technical knowledge, construction administration experience, and management skills. We have helped clients expand, relocate, build new facilities, adapt and renovate while providing design services for projects of many types and sizes, including commercial buildings, hotels, office and aviation projects, retail stores, community centers, high density residential, custom single family residential and industrial projects. A great number of these projects have been for repeat clients, and most new clients come to us as a result of recommendations from our existing clients. In our view the Architect should act as a catalyst to the various members of the project team to form a consensus that evolves into a tangible design concept.
