C-SATS, part of the Johnson & Johnson Family of Companies, is reinventing surgical skills insights and continuous performance improvement on a global scale. C-SATS provides a personalized surgical skills assessment platform using a unique combination of data analytics, artificial intelligence, machine learning and human insights. Surgeons are empowered to evaluate and improve their performance using confidential, objective, near-real-time feedback and guidance provided through personalized dashboards. In addition to having their surgical cases safely and securely stored in a video library, physicians also have the opportunity to view a collection of expert case studies or seek telementoring sessions to secure recommendations on how best to improve their technical skills to help provide outstanding patient outcomes.
