Construction Specialties of North Florida

CSNF,LLC was founded in 2006 by David Hacker and Richard Paddock. At the time, both were sophomores in the Construction Management program at UNF. Since 2006, Richard started a career as a project manager on the commercial side of construction. David continued to run the company. Today, CSNF,LLC is the largest storm protection contractor in North Florida. With over 400 installs per year CSNF continues to provide builders competitively priced storm protection, soffit & fascia, and screen closures. Construction Specialties also provides light remodeling services to property investors. Since day one, Construction Specialties has been a member of the Northeast Florida Builder's Association and has continued to support the Construction Management Program at UNF through internships, donations, and sponsorships.
