CSSP are a software solution provider to the construction industry, with customers located in Australia, New Zealand, Asia and the Middle East. We develop, support and implement our software solutions for the Construction industry. We are based in Adelaide SA and all of our software is developed, supported and owned by us, enabling us to respond directly to our customers needs. CSSP has been providing solutions to the industry for almost 30 years in Australia and the surrounding area. As a result the Cheops package meets the specific needs of the Australian market place as well as being suited to the international market. We became part of the JDM Technology Group (JDM) in April 2011, JDM is a global software business that is exclusively in Construction with a customer base of 40,000 users served in 6 continents, employing in the order of 300 staff. JDM's core business philosophy is a long term commitment to customer service, coupled with providing the best possible solutions to customers. At CSSP, we are committed to long-term relationships with our customers, we want all of our customers to be customers for life. We endeavour to provide an excellence of service combined with a promise to support all of our products for as long as our customers want us to. We will not end of life a product to force customers to upgrade to a new product. Our aim is to make every customer a reference site.
