CSW is a commercial woodworking firm in the state of Washington, founded in 2007 by Jim Mammina and me. Collectively, we have over 50 years of experience in the industry. With our commitment to old world craftsmanship using cutting-edge technology, CSW has not only survived, but also thrived , during the current economic environment. We are seeking to expand our business and become a leading woodworking business in the region. To expand, we need whip-smart employees who can thrive in the fast-paced environment at CSW. Our goal is to find and train self-starters who are proud to call themselves professional woodworkers. We want to hire employees who care about CSW and work hard to succeed along with the company. And we believe that North Salem High School's Woodshop program has just the people we are looking for.
