The Centre for Training and Projects Development (Pty) Ltd (CTPD) is a multidisciplinary institution that specializes in internationally and locally recognized Vocational and Professional Courses; Corporate (Short) Trainings and Management Consultancy Services. We are industry-focussed, maintaining relationships with globally recognized and reputable vocational and professional examinations bodies; higher learning educational institutions; Government organizations; international, multinational and local companies of different types and sizes and continually seeking new collaborations. At CTPD, we believe in a transparent and participatory community process. Collaboration, openness, and a respect for the opinions of all members of the CTPD community characterize our governance structures and processes. Many of our customs, such as consensus decision-making, are conducted through open discussion meetings. Our commitment to shared governance provides a significant role and voice for CTPD's various constituencies. Faculty, students, and staff work collaboratively on matters of institutional governance and community interest, often in consultation with the institutional Board of Directors (BoD), Executive Management Committee (EMC), Technical Advisory Committee (TAC), Board of Studies (BoS), Students Affairs Committee (SAC) as well as alumni. Our governance structure reflects the breadth of our stakeholder group and ensures that we remain responsive and competitive in the provision of Internationally and locally recognized Vocational and Professional Courses programs, Corporate (Short) Courses and Management Consultancy Services.
