Community Therapeutic Services

CTS is committed to recruiting caring staff who have an interest in helping individuals with learning disabilities and autism along their journey with us to reach their personal goals and aspirations. We provide training from skilled professionals on a range of topics and work within a positive behaviour support framework. We are looking for Waking Night Staff who are motivated, ambitious and calm under pressure to work with individuals in our services. 12 months experience in a care environment is desirable but not essential as full training will be given. You will be employed as a senior care support worker for waking night duties.
