Culinary Arts Institute (CAI) is part from Varna University of Management (VUM), officially accredited by by the National Agency for Evaluation and Accreditation (NAEA). VUM is the first University in Eastern and Central Europe, offering Culinary Arts Education for 7 years' time. Now, VUM is giving its Culinary Studies a fresh start, new unique concept, new premises, brand new internships and a team of world class through introducing Culinary Arts Institute and its accredited Bachelor Degree in Gastronomy and Culinary Arts. The combined education of the team includes Bachelor and Master Degrees within HRM and HRD, culinary arts education, nutrition, F&B Management, Food Science, Social Anthropology by Bulgarian, Dutch, British and US Universities as Harvard University, Stenden University, Varna University of Management, University of Manchester.
