Cultivating Community

Cultivating Community is a not for profit organisation based in Melbourne. Our mission is to work with diverse communities to create fair, secure and resilient food systems. Our purpose is to provide relief from poverty for public and community housing tenants and others living in poverty in Victoria through improving access to healthy, affordable, culturally appropriate food. Since it began in 2001, 16 primary schools have been involved with our School Food Gardens Program.
